Deputy Director UADA is responsible for the management of Maintenance & Repair / Developmental Works of Karak Township Karak. The staff who assist the Deputy Director are comprises of Assistant Director Technical, Sub-Engineers, Assistants and other clerical staff.

Accounts Section of UADA Karak is headed by the Accounts Officer, who is responsible for overall financial activities of UADA Karak. Housing Section:

Housing Officer is the head of the UADA Housing Section and he is responsible for all the Land resources of Karak Township. Plot Transfer and Allotment of other Public Utility Plots and Commercial Land details are falls in the responsibilities of Housing Officer. The staff that assist the Housing Officer comprises of Assistant and Junior Clerk.

Building Control Agency (BCA):

Building Control Agency is headed by the Assistant Director Planning under the directions of Director UADA Karak. The Assistant Director Palnning is responsible for overall planning of Karak Tonwship. The Officer concern is also responsible to defend the Building By Laws of the Department. The staff that assist the Officer are comprises of Sub-Engineers, Assistant Draughtsman and Plot Demarkater.
